Gästbloggare: Time is running out

A quick update about PoGOLite. The situation is easy to summarise: another week has passed since my last blog entry and we’re still on the ground. Several low pressure regions have settled over Esrange and we’ve been experiencing heavy rainfall as well as the usual unwelcome high winds. Time is starting to run out. The chance for a circumpolar flight will diminish around the end of next week. The chance for a flight to Canada continues for an additional week or so after this. And, there’s still the NASA balloon ahead of us in the queue...

Hopefully, my next message will bring better news!
